Refund Policy
At Eat2Go, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and merchants. Our refund process is outlined below to ensure clarity and transparency:

  1. Refund Initiation
    A refund may be initiated only if the Merchant agrees to issue a refund for the relevant transaction. Once approval is granted by the Merchant, the Customer will be directed to follow the necessary steps to proceed with the refund.
  2. Refund Process
    Refunds will be credited back to the Customer’s original payment method used to complete the transaction. The time it takes to process the refund may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. Generally, refunds are processed within 1 to 4 weeks.
  3. Octopus App Refunds
    • If the Customer chooses to receive the refund via the Octopus App, the refund request must be submitted within 180 days from the date of the original transaction.
    • Upon successful submission, the Customer will receive a notification through the Octopus App.
    • The Customer is required to collect the refund through the Octopus App within 90 days of receiving the notification. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the refund.
  4. Refund Timing and Delays
    The processing time for refunds may be subject to delays based on the bank or payment processor’s procedures. Eat2Go cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by external financial institutions. Customers are encouraged to contact their respective payment provider for any specific questions regarding the timing of the refund.
